What are sets and repetitions?
Repetitions which are sometimes referred to as repeats or just reps, they’re simply the amount of times to perform a single full exercise motion. If you perform a number of continuous reps, for example 10 reps, then that this is referred to as 1 set.

One of the first things that you need to decide is what exactly it’s that you want to achieve, for example.

- Improve your endurance (Cardiovascular or Muscular)

Your ambition will probably be to achieve more than one of these goals. Once you’re clear about your goals you can move forward and find out the right information that you need.

Your diet will more than likely need to be improved to include more nutrient rich foods and less simple carbohydrates and certain fats.

Once you’re clear about your goals, seek out a suitable workout. Remember that getting results takes time and effort, there is no quick fix or solution.
